The arrangement is beautiful, exactly what was ordered. I’ve been burned in the past ordering online from other places where it arrives and it doesn’t look anything like what I ordered. Email notifications that the order was being worked on and then out for delivery was really nice. Only complaint is delivery didn’t happen until 9pm on the date I asked for, despite getting the email at 4:25pm that it was out for delivery. 9pm delivery for my older parents not ideal at all, and caused some stress.
